TitleTools comes from a team that has spent more than ten years building the storage, format-conversion, and examination systems title plants run on, shipping production software against real county data, real recording formats, and real plant operations. This is title-industry infrastructure with modern AI inside it, not a general-purpose model wrapped in a title-industry landing page.
